VS0016 Silicon Wafer Acid Cleaning Additive is an environmentally friendly additive for acid cleaning of textured monocrystalline silicon wafers. Acid Cleaning Additive is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, non-irritating, and poses no fire or explosion hazards. Acid Cleaning Additive is used as an additive in post-texturing acid cleaning processes. It assists hydrofluoric acid in cleaning and refining the surface of textured silicon wafers, reducing acid consumption while enhancing the cleanliness of the textured wafers.
