APPLICATION
In the solar photovoltaic industry, UP grade hydrofluoric acid is used for silicon wafer surface cleaning, etching agents, and other applications. In the liquid crystal display industry, UP grade hydrofluoric acid is employed for glass substrate cleaning, as well as for etching silicon nitride and silicon dioxide. UP grade hydrofluoric acid is also extensively utilized in the LCD and semiconductor sectors. Additionally, UP grade hydrofluoric acid serves as an analytical reagent, a chemical reagent for the nuclear industry, and in the preparation of high-purity fluorinated chemicals.
