INTRODUCTION
Hydrochloric acid, commonly known as hydrochloric acid, is a colorless, transparent, monoprotonic strong acid formed by dissolving hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas in water. It is primarily used for high-temperature chemical vapor etching of silicon and gallium arsenide prior to epitaxial growth, sodium ion cleaning, chemical surface treatment of metals, laser mixture gases, film production, and carbon fiber surface treatment.

Up Grade 37% Hydrochloric Acid APPLICATION
UP grade hydrochloric acid is primarily used for high-temperature chemical vapor etching of silicon and gallium arsenide prior to epitaxial growth, as well as for sodium ion cleaning. UP grade hydrochloric acid is also employed in chemical surface treatment of metals, laser-grade mixed gases, film production, and carbon fiber surface processing.
