El Grade 48% Sodium Hydroxide APPLICATION
Cleaning Agent: El Grade 48% Sodium Hydroxide can be used as a cleaning agent for electronic product surfaces to remove dirt and impurities. During cleaning, pour the sodium hydroxide solution into a cleaning tank, immerse the electronic products for a period of time, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residual sodium hydroxide solution.
Etching Agent: El Grade 48% Sodium Hydroxide can serve as an etching agent for electronic products, used to remove copper foil from circuit boards to form circuit patterns. During the etching process, apply the sodium hydroxide solution to the copper foil surface, then use an acidic solution to etch the copper foil, ultimately forming the desired circuit pattern.
