Ultrasonic Cleaning Defoamer

1. Ultrasonic cleaners are surfactants with foaming properties.

2. During the cleaning process, due to the scouring of the ultrasonic water flow, foam will also be generated, which will accumulate more and more.

3. Due to the residual rust, oil, dust and other impurities on the surface of the cleaning object, a chemical reaction occurs during cleaning to generate foam.

4. During the cleaning process, due to the change of the temperature environment, the gas-liquid imbalance in the cleaning under high temperature conditions, resulting in foam.

RISE ultrasonic cleaning defoamer is the compound defoamer of surface active substances such as silicone, which has good defoaming and high shear resistance functions. The defoamer has the characteristics of less dosage, good water solubility, and good foam suppression. The addition of defoaming agent to the cleaning agent does not affect the appearance of the cleaning agent, does not float oil, does not break demulsification,  has high compatibility. This antifoam is especially suitable for use in the whole process of spray cleaning. 

Usage and Precautions

1. Addition: The addition amount of the defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3% depending on different use systems, and it is determined according to specific conditions. 2. Packing: This product is packed in 25/200/1000KG plastic drums. 3. Storage: Store it indoors in a cool, ventilated and dry place, sealed. After use, the container should be strictly resealed. At about 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months. 4. Transportation: During transportation, this product should be well - sealed to prevent the entry of impurities like moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.

Various packages are available, 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg/drum, you can choose the suitable package according to the site usage.
