Causes of foaming in building materials cleaning

1. To achieve ideal cleaning performance, various chemical additives are often introduced during the cleaning process. Many of these additives contain high levels of surfactants, which tend to induce significant foaming.

2. High-pressure spraying and mechanical agitation used in automated cleaning systems can easily introduce air into the liquid, resulting in excessive foam formation.

3. Contaminants and residues present on certain finished building materials may react with the cleaning solution, leading to unwanted foam.

4. Interactions between the cleaning agent and other chemical additives used in the process can also trigger foam generation.

RISE Building Material Defoamer is widely applied across numerous industrial cleaning and treatment scenarios, including building material washing, steel plate cleaning, high‑pressure cleaning under strong acid and alkaline conditions, alkaline aluminum degreasing formulations, conventional coating removal processes, electroplating operations, various degreasers and degreasing powders, stainless steel cleaning, high‑pressure spray washing, spray‑based degreasing, industrial water treatment, and general chemical cleaning applications.

RISE building material Washing defoaming agent has the ability of rapid defoaming and long-lasting foam suppression. The degreasing washing defoaming agent can continue to defoaming and suppress foaming under various conditions, and can withstand harsh environments such as high temperature, strong acid, and strong alkali.  The spray cleaning defoamer is chemically stable. The quality and appearance of the foam will not be affected; the dispersion and permeability are good, and the addition and use can quickly disperse into the foam to achieve the defoaming effect.

Usage and Precautions

1.Addition: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to specific conditions; 

2.Packing: This product is packed in 25/200/1000KG plastic drums;

3.Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after use. About 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months

4.Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation to prevent the ingress of impurities such as moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.
