The cause of rubber vulcanization foaming

When natural and synthetic rubber is stirred, topped, flowing and filtered, a lot of bubbles are often mixed with air. Because of the need of raw technology, the diluent used in latex paint is water. In emulsion polymerization, a certain amount of emulsifier must be used to achieve stable water dispersions. Because of the use of emulsifiers, the surface tension of emulsion system is greatly reduced, which is the main reason for foaming.

Application of Rubber vulcanization defoamer

Rubber vulcanization defoamers are used in rubber, epoxy resin, rubber resin, acrylic resin, natural latex, natural rubber, synthetic latex, antifoaming, synthetic fiber, synthetic resin emulsion, synthetic rubber defoaming and degassing.

Product introduction

Rubber vulcanization defoamer is made of polyether modified materials and a variety of active additives. It is easy to disperse in aqueous system, has strong self emulsifying property and good defoaming. It has special effect on water-soluble polymers and medium, low and high viscosity systems, and will not produce fish eye and needle eye phenomenon.

Usage and Precautions

1.Addition: According to different use systems, the addition amount of defoamer can be 0.05%-0.3%, and the addition amount is determined according to specific conditions; 

2.Packing: This product is packed in 25/200/1000KG plastic drums;

3.Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after use. About 25℃, the shelf life is 12 months

4.Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation to prevent the ingress of impurities such as moisture, strong alkali, strong acid, rainwater, etc.
