1. A large amount of air is introduced into the system during production processes such as high-speed shearing, grinding, mixing, and pumping, resulting in a large number of stable bubbles.

2. Improper selection of surfactants, dispersants, or other additives, as well as excessive dosage, will significantly enhance foam stability and make bubbles difficult to break.

3. Intense mechanical agitation and high-speed shearing during processing generate heat, which accelerates foaming and makes the foam more persistent.

4. Unreasonable raw material ratio or uneven dissolution of fertilizer components can also lead to thickening and foaming of the slurry.

5. In the fermentation or hydrolysis section of organic fertilizer production, microbial activity and gas release will further promote the formation of a large amount of foam.

1. Dosage: The recommended dosage of the defoamer ranges from **0.05% to 0.3%, depending on the specific operating system and on-site conditions.

2. Packaging: This product is supplied in 25 kg, 200 kg, or 1000 kg plastic drums.

3. Storage: Keep the product sealed and stored in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry indoor environment. Ensure the container is tightly closed before and after use. Under normal storage conditions at approximately 25°C, the shelf life is 12 months.

4. Transportation: During transportation, the product must remain properly sealed to avoid contamination from moisture, strong acids, strong alkalis, rainwater, or other foreign substances.
